Student parking permits are managed on this window. A double click on the highlighted student in the grid quickly displays the student information window. A student fine transaction is created when adding a new permit record. If the fee is maked paid, the payment will be recorded also. Receipts can be printed from this window. Student List, Grade List, Permit List, and License List are all printed from this window. Changing the Display By field changes the order of the student parking permit records in the grid. The parking records may be viewed by Student Name, Permit No., License No. and Grade |
